Yes. Every price shown is the vehicle's actual asking price, pulled live from the dealership's inventory system — not a teaser. When a car sells, it comes off the site the same day.

Can I take a test drive?

Yes — come by during open hours (Mon–Fri 10 AM–5 PM · Sat 11 AM–3 PM), or call or text (585) 259-4700 ahead. Bring your driver's license.

How does financing work?

Apply online in about two minutes — the application goes straight to Chili Auto Outlet, not a call center. Approval and terms depend on your credit, income, and the vehicle; you get a call or text with real numbers before you drive in.

Do you take trade-ins?

Yes — start a trade-in appraisal on the website or bring the vehicle in. Bring its title or loan payoff information.

Is there a warranty?
